Poor

WiFi didn't work. During check-in, they said that your reservation includes a room on the -1 floor and there were no windows there, only a small window. Although for the past 2 times for the same reservation from the booking, I stayed on the 2nd floor. I paid an additional fee to get a room on the 2nd floor, they also said that the terminal doesn't work, and hotels accept cash payment, so I had to transfer the money, although that same night I took drinks for inspection and paid for them through the terminal, but it was a different friendly staff member. Thanks to him.

The staff was very helpful, the location was good, 5 minutes walking distance to Taksim

There is nothing to like at all.

Cleanliness is very poor, doors and windows are bad. The furniture is old. All the noise from outside was entering the room. We put towels and closed the windows to reduce the noise. The air conditioning is not working. The bathroom is gross! The worst part is that we woke up in the morning with a cockroach in bed! This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in my life!

A hotel preferred for its price-performance ratio.

The location of the hotel is very central.

The refrigerator in the room was not working. It says there is parking but there is no parking lot.
