Spacious, clean room in an excellent location. A 5-minute walk to the tram or metro station.
There is a nightclub nearby that plays loud music until the early hours of the morning. It didn't affect our sleep, but it may be a problem for some guests.

The staff is very friendly
My opinion is mixed. The location is great as it is one minute from Istiklal Avenue, but the hotel is situated in the middle of a street where there are only restaurants and clubs, so there is a lot of noise. No double glazing, especially when the nightclub-goers gather right in front of the hotel. They make a lot of noise, not to mention the music all night long.
