The location was the closest to my workplace.
No elevator. No luggage assistance. No room service. No daily housekeeping. No daily water replenishment. No daily change of bed sheets and towels. No toiletries provided. No staff available for luggage assistance. No wardrobe. No safety deposit box.

Nice polite staff and good location with many shops and restaurants around.
The property needs refreshing and a deep clean. The walls, floor are dirty, the ceiling above the sofa was terribly cracked. The room, bed pillows, smelled like cigarettes. We had to ask for a duvet as there was none when we arrived. The sofa bed had cigarette burns. We had one towel each for a 4-day stay; only two sockets worked in the facility.

Unfortunately, the accommodation does not match the pictures shown. The whirlpool in the room only worked halfway and only lukewarm water came out. Upon entering the room, there was a large hole in the whirlpool enclosure. The fireplaces under the TV and on the table did not work at all. The rain shower in the bathroom was leaking from all sides. There was a large construction site on the balcony and cables were hanging out of the walls everywhere. The couch had burn marks and the cleaning was done only half-heartedly (there was a condom under the bed).
The staff unfortunately does not speak English, which makes communication very difficult.
