NeusaGreat location, just a step away from the biggest pedestrian street in Istanbul.
GREAT LOCATION, ALTHOUGH QUITE NOISY AT NIGHT, DUE TO THE BARS BELOW. FOR THOSE WHO NEED SILENCE...BUT WE SLEPT WELL. THE STAFF'S SERVICE IS VERY GOOD.
Maybe the cleanliness, although when we requested it, we were always very well taken care of.

We had a wonderful stay and a great overall experience.
We arrived earlier than expected, planning to leave our luggage and start exploring the city. To our surprise, the hotel manager warmly welcomed us and offered an immediate check-in, which made a huge difference after our journey.
We had breakfast included with our stay, but since we were planning to leave very early the next morning, before breakfast was served, we asked if it would be possible to have our breakfast on the day we arrived instead. Once again, the manager was incredibly accommodating and happily arranged it for us. We enjoyed breakfast, got some rest, and then started our day feeling refreshed.
The room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Throughout our stay, the staff were friendly, welcoming, and genuinely focused on making our visit enjoyable.
Thank you for your outstanding hospitality. We truly appreciated the kindness and flexibility, and we would be happy to stay here again.
