Everything was as expected
MarinaBadly maintained and dirty apartment.
Location, size of the apartment.
Poor hygiene. Many things broken. Smell of cigarettes in the apartment. Front door on the street side cannot be locked. Staff indifferent and barely speaks English. No breakfast option. No cleaning or clean towels unless explicitly requested. Cleaned only once and towel changed in 6 days, towels had burn holes. Dirty sealant lines at the toilet. Toilet leaks. Limescale on shower screen. Rusted and loose toilet paper holder and shampoo rack. No cleaning products. All frames rotting and chipped, damaged doors everywhere. In the kitchen, torn and damaged items. Cooking hob incredibly dirty. Fridge okay. Bed was good but only 1 nightstand, no bedside lamps, and a dirty, wobbly wardrobe. Reported cockroach in bathroom to staff, no action taken. Explanation for not cleaning apartment was lack of a key, contradicted the next day. After 2 days, told there might be breakfast available at a restaurant behind the street, while the first 2 days it was stated there was no option. This restaurant is not the same as specified on the website.

Spacious apartment in a convenient location. Metrobus, Metro, and Marmaray stations are only 10 minutes away; you can reach the ferry within 20 minutes.
The front desk was staffed all day, and the responses on WhatsApp were very prompt. Special thanks for allowing an early check-in!
The apartment was clean, and slippers and hygiene products were provided.
The only downside is that the apartment allows smoking (which I do not), and on the first day of my stay, I could still smell it in the living room.
