The hotel's location is convenient. Metro, tram, and bus stop nearby. The staff is very attentive. They helped and advised. The room is clean, and if necessary, Dilya the maid helped. Good water pressure, you can comfortably take a shower. Soft mattress. We had a sea view (across the street). Price equals quality. Hearty breakfast. Useful. Tea without limitations and coffee too.

The bed linens are not new.
For the first 3 nights, there was no cleaning service in the room until we asked for a change of sheets the next day. They asked us to leave the keys at the reception for cleaning.

Connected to major tourist spots.
The room was very small, dirty, and had a strong, unpleasant odour. The hygiene and cleaning standards are significantly lower compared to European expectations. The online photos are highly misleading: the property is old, outdated, and located in a run-down, unsafe-feeling neighbourhood. While the location is well-connected to main tourist attractions, the immediate surroundings felt sketchy and unpleasant.

The street is noisy and the windows didn't close entirely in the room I was assigned.
