Initially there was only one of us staying here, and then I invited 4 more friends

Very stylish, beautiful, and clean place. They cleaned and cooked deliciously every day. Excellent staff and chef. Located not far from the congress center, and there are also many cafes and even a flea market nearby. The male administrators are very friendly, there are even Russian-speaking ones.

Great hotel in one of the most beautiful shopping areas in Istanbul.

It was a wonderful experience at this beautiful hotel with all its details, especially the amazing staff, starting from the hotel manager Mr. Gokhan, and going through the reception staff brothers Omar, Mohamed, Azjor, Ismail, Ayfa, and Azamats, as well as restaurant staff Chef Mohammed and brothers Ahmed, Ayfa, and sister Jumra, ending with the housekeeping team manager and room cleaning staff brother Ali and sisters on the fifth and third floor.

Through our interaction with the hotel staff, we felt like we were staying in our own home and not in a hotel we were visiting for the first time. Everyone was welcoming, cooperative, and keen on our comfort, knowing that I have stayed in several hotels in Istanbul every year since 2016. A personal experience in this hotel, when I faced issues with booking my rooms at the hotel, the reservation was canceled through Booking.com on the arrival day, when I reached the hotel and discovered this issue, the hotel manager Mr. Gokhan solved the problem quickly and professionally, and he offered me a better room than the previous one as an apology for the inconvenience caused by their sales department, and I was completely satisfied and pleased with the agreement that took place between us, which I am very thankful for.

Through my experience with my family at this distinguished hotel, I highly recommend it for its excellent location and proximity to all your needs.

This hotel will definitely be our accommodation center on our future visits to Istanbul, especially in the chic Sisli area.

Heartfelt thanks to our dear brothers at Gleam Bomonti Hotel for all the wonderful and distinguished service they provided to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable.

Just a note about the fixed sunshades on the wall that open and close in the hotel's external style for protection from the sun and rain.
