Excellent

Everything and everyone is great

Friendly hotel staff and easy parking. Close to the city center.

Average rating for the snacks.

The air conditioning was not working for heating, the batteries were exhausted from a distance.

I probably wouldn't choose to stay here again.

The staff at reception and in the restaurant were very friendly and helpful.

The room was serviced quite well each day, but the soft furnishings (including curtains) need replacing. Those that are not torn or moth-eaten should be laundered.

The atmosphere and service in the restaurant was good. The food I ate was mostly nice - though 'Garbage' and 'Trash' on the menu is off-putting for English-speakers.

The NOISE!!!! Late discos and parties with loud, booming Turkish music every night of my stay. Loud calls to prayer very nearby, resounding around the hotel and starting at 5 am.

The walls are paper-thin and so people in neighbouring rooms can be heard.

The net curtains were dirty, torn, and broken off their fixations. Ditto some of the main curtains themselves. One was simply folded up and put in the wardrobe.

Wallpaper around the air conditioning unit peeling off.

Very minimal watered-down toiletries in the bathroom.

Lumpy pillows.

Very limited selection of food for English and European tastes at breakfast. No coffee, tea, or juices offered.

The meat I ate in the restaurant was extremely tough, though the vegetables and salads were really good.
