Great location, easy walk to many attractions. The host Onur was extremely helpful, and took care of all our needs. In any other travels to Istanbul I will definitely rent this property again.

Location is a bit tricky. Especially if it's your first time in Istanbul.
It is visible that at some point this was a luxurious apartment with quality renovation (15-20 years ago).
The hosts try to maintain order and coziness.
A very cool terrace at the top creates a wow effect.
The staircase is not for everyone. All rooms are on different floors, for example, the kitchen is on the third, kids room downstairs, and the bedroom on the second. But there are bathrooms on the 2nd and 3rd floors, which is convenient.
There was a slight smell typical of old premises in the house, but I couldn't quite identify it. It was a bit stuffy. However, the heating is easily regulated, so there were no issues with that.
A small child (5 years old) slipped and fell from the stairs on the first day, which made it uncomfortable for us to accompany him everywhere. That's why you should decide for yourself if you get along with the stairs or not.
The shower cabins in the bathrooms are very beautiful but worn out, not very user-friendly.
