ChristineStopover Hotel near IST
- Very friendly staff, easy communication via WhatsApp
- Metro travel time to IST under 20min, metro station reachable on foot in about 15min
- Numerous restaurants, cafes, shops (including a large LC Waikiki) in the immediate vicinity
- Unbeatable value for money
Although all rooms are non-smoking rooms, it smelled as if smoking had taken place earlier, especially in carpets and curtains, this very unpleasant smell hangs. I had informed the reception and apparently the problem is known and being worked on.
Due to its central location, it is quite noisy.
The combination of cigarette smell with closed windows and noise with open windows was unfortunately very unpleasant for me and is the reason for the "good" rating. Due to my flight connection, I had booked only one night anyway, but I probably wouldn't have stayed a second night.
Too bad, because without the smell, the hotel would be very good and recommendable.
