Great breakfast, luxurious and very clean rooms. Very satisfied.
Upon arrival, we were asked to pay a cash deposit of €100 per room. This was not communicated in advance, so after a long journey of 30 hours, we had to find an ATM to withdraw money. Additionally, ordering food from other restaurants or delivery services is not allowed. This means you are limited to the very expensive hotel restaurant.

Rarely write 10, but in this case it is exceptional. Exclusive 5* hotel with amazing sports complex. Included in the price, 1-hour daily use of sports facilities and unlimited access to the SPA center. Rich breakfast, responsive English-speaking staff. Free secured parking. Green garden with a pool and jacuzzi, surrounded by oak forest, directly accessible from the room. We had a perfect 4-day stay, focused on sports and relaxation. Highly recommend!
It would be interesting to see what someone wouldn't like there... :)

The academy's facilities are huge and a clear advantage of the hotel. Everything was very well-maintained and clean. The staff makes an effort but speaks hardly any English.
The taxi ride is a scam. The hotel is not at fault, but we still want to mention it here. The driver we booked from the airport to the hotel had already started the meter on the way to our meeting point and searched forever. Despite supposedly using the secure Bitaksi app, we ended up paying 50 EUR. On the way back, the hotel arranged it and we paid 30 EUR.
The hotel's sports offer was at an additional cost. One hour of tennis including rackets and 4 balls for 20,- EUR. It is presented differently here.
