The hotel Hostelist Istanbul was completely closed and not operating when we arrived, despite having a confirmed reservation through Booking.com (confirmation number: 5107967236).
The amount of 95.22 EUR was already charged from our bank card, but we could not access the hotel or contact any staff member.
Because of this situation, we spent 3 nights without staying in the hotel we paid for.
We request an urgent full refund and immediate action regarding this serious issue.
