Terrible hotel, definitely stay away. Our room didn't lock, the room was not cleaned at all, there was a constant smell of urine from the toilet. There were parties in other rooms until morning all night long. Despite having two babies, no one cared even though we asked for help several times. The staff was extremely unfriendly and indifferent, especially the woman on morning duty. We constantly saw older men staying overnight with young women at the hotel. The atmosphere was definitely not suitable for families and guests with children. Authorities need to intervene in this situation.
