The staff were very friendly, the comfort was good, the location was amazing, and the hotel was very clean. I really enjoyed my stay at Hivas Hotel and highly recommend it.

The hotel is small, conveniently located on a quiet street - not far from the metro and quite close to attractions. I especially liked that they checked me in immediately upon arrival (at 8 am)! After a night flight, it was just a gift, so any flaws in the room I perceived calmly - the main thing was that I could relax a little right away. The plumbing was in working order. The bed was comfortable. The hotel staff was very attentive and polite. Breakfast was included in the cost of the stay. The breakfast selection was small, but they cooked a very tasty omelette for me. You can leave your luggage in the lobby.
The room description indicated the presence of a refrigerator - there was a refrigerator in the room, but it seemed to have died several years ago =( Also, a downside was the strong audibility from the corridor (but this is a standard drawback of all budget hotels). There are no separate rooms for storing luggage - you can leave your luggage in the lobby, but the lobby is very small - a couple of suitcases can fit there somehow, but not more.
