The location of the hotel, welcoming staff, and tranquility. Room with reversible air conditioning.
Shower a bit small.

The rooms are quite dirty, the water pressure in the shower is weak

Just that it was close to everything
Dirty room, no hot water, shower drain full of hair, torn towels, no trash can, balcony full of cigarette butts, dirty-stained mattress and chairs, for 7 days we didn't get more toilet paper but the staff entered the room, they threw away our personal hygiene products (tampon and sanitary pad) which were in a plastic bag. We reported it to the reception and the response was: 'I don't know.' Trash under the bathroom cabinet, a real worker's accommodation, to put it nicely.

The staff is very kind and helpful.
I have been to a few hotels, but never to such a dirty and undemanding hotel. The staff was nice and helped with everything. But when I saw my room, I would have preferred to go to another hotel.
