I am extremely disappointed with the upgrade. I paid extra and requested at reception for a room upgrade with a good view, but nothing was taken into consideration. I did not get a room with a balcony. When I asked for a mobile charger, they informed me that I would have to pay for it. Even the room service was unsatisfactory. With a 5-star hotel, expectations are always high and the service should meet those expectations. I have stayed in many hotels where I received better service and requests were taken care of. It seems like at Hilton, things don't work as expected.
Despite paying extra, no room upgrade was provided.
