I was pleased with the fantastic service I received from the reception lady, who was extremely helpful. Naturally, I was also courteous to her.

The convenient location allowed me to easily travel everywhere. The reception lady provided amazing, friendly, and helpful service always.

I booked a Family room which was spacious with a double bed, sofa, and 2 TVs etc. However, at the last minute in December, I was informed that the room was not available. They offered a smaller room or a refund. When I checked online, I found that all prices had increased significantly, so I couldn't change my mind. It was a horrible experience. The person handling the mobile phone was unhelpful, not answering calls or texts. Despite knowing we were arriving with a baby post-surgery, he made us wait for 40 minutes in the rain before sending someone. This occurred on the 30th of December at 19:24 hrs. The heating in the room was not working properly, which is not recommended if you have a baby during winter. He was consistently rude to me. Upon check-in, I received damp towels which I complained about, but he did not replace them. Another guest from a different room also complained about dirty towels. I was alone with a 11-month-old baby, and the absence of a lift made it extremely difficult to carry the baby up the stairs. I would not recommend this hotel for families with children, as the cot provided seemed very small. I had to use a bouncer, as it was impossible to get the baby to sleep in it. The breakfast provided was poor - the picture showed breakfast for myself and my friend.

Exceptional

Location. The hotel is located on a narrow street where cafes offering breakfast and lunch are open in the morning. After 5 p.m., the cafes close, and it becomes quiet!

Street Breakfast. In the winter time, it would be nice to have breakfast indoors. The breakfast was the same every day. 2 fried eggs (for two), cheese slices, vegetables, boiled eggs, olives, pasta, tea served at the table. It would be nice to have more variety in preparing egg dishes (omelette, boiled eggs, scrambled eggs). We did not stay hungry, but we won't be eating fried eggs for long :)

Disappointing. Not recommended!

The breakfast was good, Turkish style.

The room was spacious and the bed comfortable, but the pillows and sheets were full of stains, we had to ask for their replacement. The towels were wet and full of hair clumps. The outlets were hanging from the walls. The toilet and shower cabin were very dirty and even though we requested their cleaning, it was done very superficially. There was dust everywhere in the room and bathroom...a thick layer. We asked for a room change, but they didn't have another room available. Not recommended!

Nice room in the heart of Besiktas.

The location is excellent in Besiktas, close to the city centre and vibrant spots, yet situated on a quiet street during evenings and nights.

The hosts are very friendly and accommodating, you can request your preferred breakfast type and they are happy to assist with anything else.

Rooms are satisfactory; we opted for a smaller room on the ground floor due to the absence of an elevator.

The staircase is steep and narrow, making it challenging to carry luggage (the hosts will assist), hence we switched from a larger room on the 3rd floor to a smaller one on the 1st floor. Unfortunately, the building's structure prevents the hosts from making any changes.

There are minor issues with installations and bathroom doors in the room.
