Very poor

Location is good

Room is very smoky, noisy from outside. AC is not working (cold). Room is dirty. I would like that you can stay just 2-3 hours. Chairs are dirty. So I didn't like anything. Some employees do not know English and Turkish.

I stayed at F&B Hotel located in Kadıköy, Istanbul between 15-17 October 2025. During my stay, I experienced several issues.

It is so close to the stadium.

I stayed at F&B Hotel in Kadıköy and was really disappointed. The room and common areas were not clean, and I even heard rodent noises probably mouse, during the night. There was no fire alarm system, and the emergency exits were locked, which felt unsafe.

I hope the management takes this seriously and improves the hygiene and safety conditions.
