ShahExtremely Disappointing Stay – Not as Advertised
Very disappointing and unacceptable experience. The room I was given was in very poor condition and completely below the standard I expected from the hotel listing.
The floor tiles were broken, the toilet was damaged, the toilet ceiling was leaking, and there was a strong and unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom. The room also lacked basic facilities such as an electric kettle and tea/coffee.
I immediately complained to the hotel and requested another room, but I was simply told that no other room was available. I was left with the choice of accepting this unacceptable room or leaving without a refund, despite having already paid for my stay.
The condition of the room was unhygienic, poorly maintained, and certainly not what I expected based on the booking description and photos.
I strongly recommend that guests carefully check the room before paying or staying here. In my experience, the actual condition of the room was completely different from what I expected from the booking.
Extremely poor and unacceptable experience. Broken tiles, damaged toilet, leaking ceiling, terrible bathroom smell, and basic facilities missing. The room was nothing like what was advertised.
I complained and requested another room, but the hotel refused and offered no proper solution.
Be very careful before booking. Check the room condition first. I would not recommend this hotel.
