The staff was very welcoming and available to help if information was needed. At the reception, you can buy Turcell internet cards. Varied and satisfying breakfast. I arrived 3 hours before check-in time. I was able to enter the room after it was (apparently) sanitized. On departure, we could leave our luggage at the reception until the end of the day. Yes, the staff is the strong point of this hotel.
Old sanitary facilities. On the last night, we found a bed bug on the mattress. Probably a permanent guest. Goodbye rest.

Excellent tasty breakfast. Tea break with delicious tea, coffee, and cookies. Very friendly staff. Daily cleaning. Everything was great.
