The hotel is beautifully located. The room is spacious, clean, and comfortable.
Some guests smoke despite the non-smoking policy in the adjacent rooms.

Its location is perfect!! The facilities are comfortable and beautiful!
There is no breakfast variety, no options for vegans and the breakfast is very poor! Except for those in the restaurant, the staff is not friendly! This seemed strange to me as I have always found the people in Istanbul to be very warm and kind!
