Terrible cleanliness! Do not book under any circumstances!

Did not like anything at all!!!

This accommodation does not correspond to the description, the photos, and the stated category.

On the website it is indicated as a three-star hotel, but in fact it is a dormitory building in very poor condition, where local students live.

Upon arrival late at night, we discovered that there was no reception, access to the building was closed, and only the owner comes to open the door, so we had to wait longer!

Both the entrance, staircase, and the room were in extremely unsatisfactory condition:

dirty bed linen, blood stains (visibly), hair, unpleasant odor, dirty towels, dust, and unhygienic conditions.

The 'sea view' specified is completely missing.

We could only stay one night there and left in the morning, as the conditions were unacceptable for living.

We had to look for another place and incur additional expenses.

We repeatedly contacted the owner regarding a refund for the unused nights, but he refuses to refund the money, even though the service was not actually provided.

Please, Booking.com, consider our complaint, assist with a full refund, and pay attention to this property, as the information on the website misleads guests and can lead to repeat complaints.

This is a terrible dormitory, not a hotel. Complete unsanitary conditions. Dirty, unwashed bedding with visible menstrual stains and hair. Dirty dishes, dirty shower, and toilet. No drinking water and lack of personal hygiene products. I arrived there at 3:30 in the morning, knocked, then shouted, called out, but no one came out... Rain, all clothes were wet!!! It lasted exactly an hour... I was already on the verge... Why gift people??? Then, people who know Svetlana Dovban heard me, she was also in this hotel, as we arrived together for a conference. The key to my room was with her; the owner left it. We entered the room and I said that I will not stay in this dirt. Two hours later, we left this dirty dormitory for the conference and immediately booked at the Hotel Millennium at the same price. It was embarrassing to talk to the owner; it was shameful to come back and even choose keys; he handed them to his employee to accept the keys... No words... Please return my money. I have told you the whole truth... Such hosts should be punished for deception!

I have not changed the structure at all

Everything, even though I was shown 7 rooms, they were indecent for the price paid. In one, there was even a dirty toilet

Excellent

The room is clean and comfortable, the bedding is fresh, the staff is polite, the property owner is courteous and tactful. Any issues were resolved promptly through the messenger using the phone number provided in the property information. Overall, we were left with pleasant impressions after our stay in the room.
