The staff were kind, helpful, and smiling. I asked for 4 extra pillows and they brought them to me. The staff service and assistance made me feel comfortable.
The hotel is very bad, not suitable for a one-hour stay. The room and the interior furniture are very old and worn-out. There was a musty smell in the room. I had to open the window. The bathroom was really bad and old, nothing good in the room. The hotel needs a complete renovation. Honestly, I regret staying at this hotel. It was my first and last time, and I do not recommend it to anyone. Only positive thing is its nice location near the metro and airport bus, but that's about it.

The room leaves much to be desired: the bathroom is very small, and the toilet is crammed in so tightly there is barely room to move. The room overall looked worn - visible wear and tear, clearly overdue for a renovation. On top of that, there was no hot water at all during my stay.
A particular issue was the fire alarm: its indicator light stays on constantly, like a night lamp, making it hard to fall asleep. Additionally, the electronic door locks in neighbouring rooms appeared to be malfunctioning and kept beeping throughout the night, which meant I got no sleep at all.
There was also no water in the fridge, which felt like a basic amenity missing for a hotel at this level.
Overall, this hotel is in clear need of room renovations, working equipment, and reliable hot water. I will not stay here again
