Do not consider booking this supposed hotel.

Only good thing is the location.

Dirty room, toilet doesn't flush, no internet, no hot water, and radiators are too hot in the summer (90°F).

There was nothing we liked.

"The hotel" was dirty, the staff was not accommodating.

Three of us were going and we had booked 2 rooms with a kitchen. One room was supposed to have 2 single beds.

When we arrived, the host first tried to lure us into a single room instead of the 2 we had booked, then offered a room in the basement that smelled damp, and a room on the 3rd floor. Both with double beds and not the 2 single beds we had booked. Furthermore, it was very dirty, empty bottles, cigarette butts, dirty sheets.

We tried to contact booking.com, but 2 days later we are still waiting to hear from them. The on-site staff would not contact the responsible person when we said we would cancel the booking. They became very rude.

We found another hotel slightly better located and much nicer, much cleaner, and with proper staff at the same price.

We left Grand Opera Hotel without getting a refund of our payment and are happy to have left it.

We have never seen anything as dreadful as Grand Opera Hotel.
