Location
The heater and air conditioning were very noisy, the room was very hot, the toilet seat was broken and dirty, the stove was dirty, and the hotel staff was not very helpful. When asked for water and coffee, I was told only the cleaner had the kitchen key, so I had no access to tea, coffee, or water for that night. I was forced to pay in Euros at a higher rate or vacate the premises. They gave me a much smaller room than the one I had booked. The room was very hot, the temperature couldn't be controlled, and the bathroom exhaust fan was very noisy when turned on. It made an unbearable sound, like a broken factory.
