The location
The heater and air conditioning were very noisy, the room was very hot, the toilet seat was broken and dirty, the stove was dirty, and the hotel staff was not very helpful. When I asked for water and coffee, I was told that the cleaner had the kitchen key, so there was no tea or coffee or water available that night. I was forced to pay in Euros at a higher rate or leave. They gave me a much smaller room than the one I had booked. The room was very hot, they couldn't control the temperature, and the bathroom exhaust was very noisy when turned on. It made an unbearable sound, like a broken factory.
