The staff service, breakfast, and the location to Yenikapi station and University metro stop.
The size of the bathroom, the lack of blackout curtains to cover the light, the elevator not reaching the top floor for breakfast like it does for the ground floor, not a place for children/babies with strollers or wheelchairs. Requires an investment from the management on the facilities.

Excellent breakfasts (great selection and tasty), convenient location (walking and transportation accessibility to many attractions), friendly and hospitable staff, tea-coffee available throughout the day. Restaurant on the top floor with magnificent view of the Adriatic Sea.
Some rooms have issues with drainage in the shower cabin
