I stayed at this hotel and it was a truly wonderful experience. The hotel is clean and tidy, the rooms are comfortable and cleaned daily. The hotel's location is excellent, in the heart of old Istanbul and close to major tourist attractions and transportation facilities, making getting around very easy.
The staff were friendly and very helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. The breakfast was diverse and delicious.
I recommend staying at this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, cleanliness, excellent location, and elegant service. I will definitely choose it again on my next visit to Istanbul.
My stay was generally enjoyable, and the staff were friendly and cooperative. I just wished that the rooms were cleaned daily or automatically without the need to request it, as this would make the stay more comfortable. Thank you and I wish you more success.

The restaurant is excellent. The room was tidy.
Wifi never worked, and the staff were reluctant to provide fresh towels or additional blankets when politely requested, occasionally displaying rude behaviour.
