Kamal & staff were so friendly & supportive with the luggage.
I stayed at the 4th floor apartment, it was clean & quiet.
The stairs are a little bit challenging but the staff took care of the luggage transfer to/from the room.

The only positive thing is the location. Close to Taksim. Convenient to get to.
We didn't like the room. Stayed with 2 kids. The apartment looks much more tired and worn than it appears in photos. Turned out to be smelly: there was a strong smell of tobacco smoke coming from the sofa. The layout of the shower cabin is incorrect: the water doesn't drain into the drain, but towards the glass.

We stayed on the first floor with a view of the courtyard with air conditioning.
