Great hotel in one of the best shopping areas in Istanbul.

It was a wonderful experience at this beautiful hotel with all its details, especially the excellent staff, starting from the hotel manager Mr. Jokhan, and passing through the reception staff brothers Omar, Mohamed, Azjour, Ismaeel, Ayfa, and Azamats, as well as the restaurant staff Chef Mohamed and the brothers Ahmed, Ayfa, and sister Jumra, and ending with the cleaning staff manager and room cleaning staff brother Ali and the sisters on the fifth and third floor.

Through the hotel staff's treatment of us, we felt like we were staying in our own home, not in a hotel we visited for the first time, as everyone was welcoming, cooperative, and keen on our comfort, knowing that I have stayed in several hotels in Istanbul every year since 2016 until now.

I had a personal experience at this hotel, where I encountered some issues in the reservation process of my two rooms at the hotel, the reservation was canceled through Booking.com on the day of arrival. When I arrived at the hotel and discovered this issue, the hotel manager Mr. Jokhan quickly resolved the issue professionally and upgraded me to a better room than the previous one as an expression of apology for the issue that occurred by the sales department, and I was very pleased with the agreement reached between us, and I am very grateful to them.

Through my family's experience at this distinguished hotel, I highly recommend it for its excellent location and proximity to all your needs.

This hotel will definitely be our accommodation center on our future visits to Istanbul, especially in the upscale Sisli district.

Heartfelt thanks to our dear brothers at Gleam Bomonti Hotel for all the wonderful and excellent service they provided us to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable.

Just a note that there are no fixed sunshades on the wall that open and close in the hotel's exterior style for protection from the sun and rain.

The boutique hotel was truly delightful, and the breakfast was outstanding. All the personnel were extremely helpful, particularly Muhammed and Maraz, who I would like to highly recommend.

We had a really great stay and felt very comfortable. The hotel was very clean, the amenities were good, and all the staff were always friendly and helpful.

A big thank you to the whole team - especially to Azamat, EFE, Ufuk Maraz, and Omar. You made our stay even more enjoyable. We will definitely come back!
