Spotless

Compact room without windows, with small toilet and bathroom

Hotel is good, staff is not.

the location, it’s near laleli station, and m2 tram line so it’s easy to go everywhere you want. The hotel rooms are clean and comfortable, the breakfast was also nice.

the staff members (receptionist) forced me to pay for a "ruined towel". It was just hair dye that washes off with warm water (I wash my towels all the time, and I’ve never had any problems with this), but the staff allegedly said that no, it’s already considered damaged property, and I have to pay $15 on the spot — only in cash. I didn’t have any cash and wanted to pay by card, but they wouldn’t let me, saying I had to pay in cash because the terminal wasn’t working. And they said this before I checked out — they just presented me with a fait accompli. I had to find cash and pay. I understand that people want to make some extra money, but I’ve never received this kind of service at any hotel where I’ve stayed before. I’m extremely outraged.

For the money, everything was good, especially liked the breakfasts
