Unforgettable the lush, delicious breakfasts in the peaceful, lovingly designed restaurant garden. Due to its central location, the mosques, palaces, and bazaars as well as the shores of the Golden Horn and the Bosphorus are within walking distance through the pulsating old town. Apartment location 13 minutes walk from the main attractions, many shops nearby.
Smell in the room, everything was old including furniture, walls, and heavy curtains were dusty, ants in the bathroom, no hot water throughout our stay, even after requesting to fix the hot water, it never appeared, the room temperature was not even warm. It was pretty cool those days, I think I caught a cold due to lack of hot water, had to wash with cold water.. Also very thin walls, settled in, very noisy company behind the wall, had to solve this problem by knocking and asking them not to make noise at 4 am. The room was all drafty like in cheap rental apartment rooms, strong cigarette smell, although it was a non-smoking room. Old furniture, scratched walls, loose sockets, broken safe.
