Location, size of the room and the attentive staff.
It is a busy part of the city so there is a lot of street noise into the night.

Perfectly located. Clean, comfortable, beautiful large private terrace. Helpful and kind front desk and cleaning staff.
Could have used a few more utensils and cups, but really a minor issue

Everything was great, thanks to the administrators at the reception! Asked for an iron and ironing board and they brought it right away. The room is clean and comfortable, a bit of noise from the street, but earplugs help! Liked that all the main attractions are within walking distance!
