The positives: location, if you need a highly touristic area. Very friendly and responsive staff. Thoughtful interior and good furniture.
The problems started right away. Firstly, we noticed the smell of cigarettes. Then we found dirty bed linen. After that, we found broken handles on the entrance and room doors.
Also, the internet in the bedroom was very weak and sometimes disconnected.
But the most unpleasant thing was that the air conditioners stopped cooling the apartments. The hotel failed to fix this issue. It was 29 degrees Celsius in the rooms. And when opening the windows, it was very noisy with a constant smell of food due to the nearby cafe ventilation.
We only stayed for 4 days, but every day specialists came to fix issues. It cannot be called a comfortable stay.

Literally on the doorstep of the Galata Tower. Easy access to cafes/restaurants/grocery shops. Well-equipped kitchen. We made use of the washing machine (detergent, drying rack & dehumidifier provided). Made use of iron & ironing board. Toiletries & bathroom facilities were excellent, shaving kit etc were provided. (could provide more toilet rolls). Breakfast was great at Guney Cafe (voucher provided). The host was brilliant. We kept in touch via WhatsApp & he replied straight away & very helpful indeed.
Bins were not emptied for 2 days. Room was cleaned. WiFi was patchy, ok in the main living room but did not work in the bedroom.

The hotel was very central. Very clean. Location and view perfect. Staff super friendly. I can only recommend it.
