The hotel's location, on a narrow, crowded street. In the end, I did not stay at this hotel because I did not like the rooms and its location. I asked the man at the reception to cancel the reservation, and he said he would do it the next day because he couldn't do it at that moment, even though I knew it could be done on Booking. Only the next day I received a message from Booking stating that I did not show up at the location and the reservation was canceled.

Pleasant

The hotel's location is fantastic with a beautiful sea view. The room was large, and the staff were extremely helpful in fulfilling all our requests.

The breakfast was simple and dull. Despite informing the staff, the bathroom was not cleaned during our 3-day stay. Communication was challenging as most staff members had limited English proficiency; only one could speak English, the others couldn't. However, a translator was available to assist.
