All the concierge were very friendly and were able to help us if we needed. Whilst our original booking had to be changed because of broken AC, the company gave us an alternative at a lower price, which still had all the space we needed for our stay and they were apologetic about it. The area is a business area with construction going on, this was something we expected and didn't mind as it was a great spot to reach all of Istanbul easily by Metro. Istanbul is a big busy city so if you don't get woken up by construction it will be by the mosques call to prayer so don't expect silence anywhere you go! Be prepared and bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper. The kitchen could do with a French press to make coffee, but there are many coffee shops, restaurants and bars in the area that you may enjoy eating out. We didn't cook at home in the end (were in Istanbul visiting Family) so can't comment on the kitchen facilities - I did notice that the kitchen pots and pans were limited. Hairdryer and Iron were helpful to have.
For the price we paid it did its job and happy with our interactions with the staff.

Noticed some patches in ceiling or in communal hall which indicated water damage - perhaps from the broken AC in other apartment, so maybe something they are working on fixing anyway. Didn't impact our stay, but would have been worrying if leaking into the apartment.
