We stayed at this hotel as a couple for my birthday and our first experience in Istanbul was amazing. The staff is exceptional: attentive, available, and always smiling, with a true personalized service, especially for my birthday, which made this stay even more special. The rooms are superb, comfortable, and very clean. The location is ideal for exploring the city. We enjoyed our stay so much that we even decided to extend our return to enjoy it more.
A huge thank you to the whole team for making this experience so memorable, we will gladly come back!
