It was the worst experience I've ever had with Booking. I arrived at the hotel and they told me they didn't have my reservation, even though it was already paid for. They didn't provide any solution, just told me to request a refund through Booking. I had to find another place to stay that same day and almost no hotels had availability. After 4 hours, I found a hostel, the only thing available. Do not book here! It's a scam!
