Thank the Kurdish reception staff for their excellent service. I am a frequent visitor to this hotel and I missed the presence of the young Serbian Alexander in this visit.

I had a fantastic experience at this hotel. The location is superb and very convenient. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always smiling. They spoke English fluently, which made communication effortless, and they were always willing to assist. The rooms were tidy and cozy. Overall, everything about this property was excellent. I strongly recommend it!

Unfortunately, the room did not match the photos on the booking page at all. Everything looked much more high-quality and well-maintained in the pictures than in reality.
The cleanliness left much to be desired. Especially the bathroom was not properly cleaned, the toilet was dirty, and an unpleasant smell came from the shower. In addition, the water pressure in the shower was very weak.
Another negative point was the strong noise disturbance. Despite closed windows, it was very loud in the room, making it difficult to think of restful sleep.
I was also disappointed with the value for money. For the price paid, I could have found much cleaner and more comfortable accommodations in the area. Overall, I cannot recommend this accommodation.
