Not acceptable at all!

The staff were friendly. The location was good as well.
The breakfast was unsatisfactory. Despite arriving at 9, some items were not available. The coffee was extremely bad (some powder that I wouldn't even call Nescafe!). Stains on the sheets, some parts were torn. The internet connection was very poor.

Great.

I had a lovely stay at this hotel and would definitely recommend it.
The staff were extremely friendly, welcoming, and helpful during my stay. They upgraded my room, which was a very kind gesture and made my visit even more enjoyable.
The room was tidy and comfortable, and the housekeeping service was superb. My room was cleaned regularly, towels were changed, and the rubbish was taken out daily. The air conditioning worked perfectly, which was especially appreciated in the hot weather.
The breakfast was good, with a nice variety of food to start the day. The hotel's location was also fantastic, making it easy to travel around and see the main attractions of the city.
After I checked out, the hotel kindly allowed me to store my luggage there for an additional five hours, which was extremely convenient and greatly appreciated.
Overall, I had a wonderful experience due to the exceptional service, cleanliness, and hospitality. I would gladly stay here again.
The only minor problem was with the Wi-Fi. Sometimes it would stop working, but whenever I told the staff, they restarted the router, and the connection worked well again. It wasn't a major issue thanks to their prompt assistance.
