The room was clean and the air conditioning was good.

The staff was very nice and willing to help, the location is absolutely perfect in the center but not on a noisy street, the hotel was brand new.

Great staff, very friendly and helpful. They always assisted us with our concerns and it was a pleasure to stay in this hotel. The rooms are spacious and very cozy, cleaned daily making it very hygienic. I will definitely book this hotel again when I am in Istanbul.
