Very Good

Despite being very well located, we were able to rest quietly without external noise. The bed and the room were very comfortable.

The kitchen sink was a bit small and the bathroom smelled quite bad.

Exceptional

Comfortable place, friendly staff. They explained us where to visit, where to go, how to use public transport, for which we are very grateful. They spared us a lot of time in traffic, so we had more time for walks. The place is close to public transport stops, restaurants, cafes, shops. They have designated parking spots right in front of the hotel.

A very good accommodation option, being close to attractions, but also in a quiet area

The staff was very friendly, eager for the guests to feel good.

Free parking in front of the property, not ideal, as it is on the side of the street, but considering the area's congestion, it is a big plus for those arriving by car.

The hotel is relatively close to the Blue Mosque (10 minutes walk at a relaxed pace), and in the area there are shops, terraces, restaurants, etc.

Here the story gets a little complicated because the hotel lists the rooms on multiple platforms. I had the misfortune that when I arrived at the property, I was told that I couldn’t have the room I had booked because it had been occupied by another client coming from another platform. After almost 40 minutes of negotiations, I got another room (better in terms of facilities), but at another hotel in the area (probably owned by the same person), and they agreed to keep my car at the hotel where I made the reservation, as the second hotel had no parking spaces.

All in all, I got a better room for the same money, but probably if I hadn't mentioned that I would complain to Booking, I wouldn't have received something better, initially they wanted to offer us a room in a basement which we refused.
