EneNice choice in that area of Istanbul!
Great location (5 minutes' walk from Mall of Istanbul) and good breakfast. Spacious rooms!!
We encountered some issues with the staff, but we are hopeful it was just an off day. Our first visit was absolutely perfect. However, during our second visit, we faced some problems. I informed the manager about it, and I hope that our next visit will be better.

The hotel has a friendly and helpful staff, tasty and diverse hearty breakfast, as well as a close location to the Mall of Istanbul (just 8 minutes on foot).
Didn't like the room. We had a tired and worn-out two-room number that I couldn't even imagine before that a 4-star hotel could have such rooms. Especially disappointed with the bathroom. Visible pipes, worn-out furniture, numerous holes in the walls. Non-functioning outlets and lamps sticking out of the walls. Even the armrest on the sofa was broken. However, there were two ironing boards in the room for some reason, but not a single iron...
There were also two refrigerators, an electric kettle, but we didn't use them, so I can't say anything about their condition.
In short, such a 4-star hotel was not expected at all, so we were disappointed.
