Excellent location and breakfast
Rooms don't get turned down unless you ask.
PetraWe chose the accommodation primarily because of its convenient location. There are plenty of restaurants and shops around. The main landmarks are within a pleasant distance. The hotel is close to the subway and tram.
The buffet was modest but sufficient. It could be replenished more frequently. By around 9 o'clock, there was much less to choose from.
The rooms were very clean. The air conditioning worked perfectly. The rooms matched the photos.
The staff was friendly and nice. English was not a problem. After our stay, we received a small souvenir as a keepsake. That was very nice.
A limited selection from the breakfast buffet if one arrived a bit later.

There were three of us staying here, and our room was incredibly spacious with everything we needed. We didn’t lack a single thing. The staff were exceptionally friendly and made our stay even more enjoyable.
The location is excellent just a short walk from shops, restaurants, and public transportation, including the tram and metro. During the World Cup matches, we even watched the games downstairs with the staff, which created a fun and welcoming atmosphere.
Everything about our stay was perfect. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again!
