AliIt is situated at the top of an exceedingly steep hill.
This establishment is a total swindle. Please exercise caution. The images are completely different from the actual appearance of the place.
The establishment is positioned at a very high altitude, making it extremely challenging to access by car. Due to the difficult access, my mother was unable to join us. We had to secure a reservation at another hotel, and they declined to reimburse us.
Exercise extreme caution and do not be deceived by the images. Even an average individual might struggle with the stairs, as there are four flights to ascend. Returning to the establishment is also highly challenging due to its location and access.
Based on my own encounter, this establishment was highly deceptive, and I strongly advise exercising caution before making a reservation.

Very clean and beautiful room with a perfect view of the Bosphorus. Very polite staff.

SCAM - it is advertised on booking with false photos and on site they wanted to charge double the price. The staff themselves do not know what they are saying, one comes and says "ok for the paid price" then another comes and says "no double price" then another one comes from the corner who probably does not work there and says "for a lower price". We felt like on "hidden camera".
Therefore: after 4 hours of discussion, we did not receive our already paid room and looked for another hotel.
Highly unprofessional and unfriendly to customers, which is not typical from Turkey.
4 hours of our weekend went into this discussion without a child-friendly result.
