UNACCEPTABLE EXPERIENCE AT A 5-STAR HOTEL

Nothing. Everything is inadmissible.
I wish to officially express my deep dissatisfaction and indignation towards the absolutely disappointing and unacceptable experience I had at the Elite hotel.
We arrived at the hotel around 9:30 PM, directly from the airport, tired and hungry. All we wanted was to check-in, freshen up, and go to the hotel restaurant for dinner. Unfortunately, what followed was a true nightmare and an experience that we never thought we would encounter at a hotel that presents itself as a 5-star one where we stayed back in 2019 and it was not like this.
Upon entering the room, we were shocked to find it in a deplorable state. The curtains were torn, the room was dirty, the towels were soiled, and the third bed, which we specifically requested, was not even prepared. We also requested bathrobes, and they were brought to us in an absolutely unacceptable condition - worn-out and torn bathrobes, which have no place in a hotel of this category.
We immediately requested a room change, considering it impossible to accept such conditions. We were moved to a second room, but the situation was even worse: the room strongly smelled of mold and dampness.
We requested a room change again. In the third room we were taken to, we found sunflower seeds and shells thrown on the floor, as well as other obvious signs that the room had not been properly cleaned. Furthermore, the phone in the room did not work, making it practically impossible for us to contact the reception in case of another issue. I believe they intentionally gave us the room like this.
In these conditions, we had to go back to the reception and speak directly with a manager. We explained the situation in detail and requested, once again, to be provided with a proper room. Our room was changed again - thus ending up changing four rooms in the same evening.

Exceeded our expectations!

The beautiful pool, the entrance, the wellness area, the breakfast(delicious vegetable omelette made fresh for you).
The carpet in the room was not clean, many stains.
