Not worth it. Try to negotiate 30-40% off the advertised price and you'll get what you paid for.

The location is very central. Plenty of public transport if you can figure out what public transport is and what private transport is. There's mini-buses that list where they're going. With a bit of effort, maybe you can figure out how to get to where you want to go. Google Maps was only slightly helpful. 3 ATMs across the road. Many eateries. All Turkish, save the new Burger King 100m away. Don't expect anyone to speak English in this area. There's a supermarket across the road. The people are nice and some were downright helpful. The locals in that area aren't used to English speakers. The Mosque across the Square blasted a call to prayer a number of times per day and, at first, I found it quaint and charming but after day 4 I found it to be annoying.
The rooms were old and tired. The whole hotel is that way. Their idea of clean is different from mine. Bathroom tiny, basic, and run-down. Nothing like the images and description on Booking.com. I was originally given a run-down room that reeked of tobacco smoke. It was so bad I asked for a room change and told them that I had requested a non-smoking room. It seems there are no non-smoking rooms, so I had to settle for a room that was less smelly. There is no telephone in the room. The mini-fridge was switched off or broken, but I wouldn't have put anything in there anyway. The breakfast was always woeful. No toast, just some dried mini-frankfurters and boiled eggs, some kind of shredded cheese, and tomato and cucumber slices. The bread was actually good. No fresh coffee. Just instant with mild powder.

Unfortunately, the stay did not live up to expectations. The hotel did not match the description, the cleaning was poor.

The location was okay, and the room was okay. There was also air conditioning, which was nice.
The price was changed after booking, which was not acceptable. The facilities did not live up to what was described on the website. The room was not properly cleaned, and the bathroom was dirty upon arrival. The bed linen was not changed during the entire 6-night stay. The breakfast was very poor and not as described. The staff hardly spoke English, making it very difficult to communicate with them. All in all, the hotel did not meet the standard or the pictures online.
