Everything was great, the room is comfortable, it has everything you need. Everything was clean and tidy, the location was perfect for us because of the proximity to the transportation we needed. The area in Kumkapi may not be suitable for first-time visitors to Istanbul, but for travelers who have been here several times, the location is excellent. The staff is very friendly and willing to accommodate all requests. They made our transportation to the airport easier by suggesting we take a taxi, which was very affordable and really helped us. Thank you for a pleasant stay

Very friendly staff. Helped with luggage on departure. The room is cleaned every 2 days. Air conditioner provided.

We really liked the area. There are many cafes, shops nearby. If you go upstairs, there are markets.

The only thing was to go upstairs.
