Everything was great, the room was comfortable, it had everything we needed. Everything was clean and tidy, the location was perfect for us due to the proximity of the transportation we needed. The area in Kumkapi may not be ideal for first-time visitors to Istanbul, but for travelers who have been there several times, the location is excellent. The staff is very friendly and willing to meet all requests. They made our airport transfer easier by suggesting we take a taxi, which was convenient and very helpful. Thank you for a pleasant stay.

We really liked the area. Lots of cafes, shops nearby. If you go up, there are markets.
The only thing was having to go upstairs.
