Il fatto che ero di passaggio per una notte.
Raramente scrivo recensioni negative, ma questa struttura ci è riuscita.
Blatte in camera, tappeto bagnato, condizioni generali discutibili e un asciugacapelli che mi è esploso in mano. Non è una metafora, è successo davvero.
Più che un hotel, è stato un test di resistenza fisica e mentale.
A peggiorare ulteriormente l'esperienza c'è stato un personale poco professionale e spesso maleducato, che davanti ai problemi riscontrati ha mostrato scarso interesse e nessuna reale volontà di trovare una soluzione. Quando una struttura presenta criticità così evidenti, l'atteggiamento dello staff dovrebbe fare la differenza. Purtroppo è successo l'esatto contrario.
Non consiglierei questa struttura nemmeno per una sola notte. Alcuni problemi possono essere perdonati, ma quando entrano in gioco igiene, sicurezza e rispetto per gli ospiti non ci sono scuse.
Dopo anni di viaggi in moto attraverso diversi Paesi, soggiornando in hotel di ogni categoria, questa è senza dubbio una delle peggiori esperienze che abbia mai avuto.
L'unica nota positiva è che il soggiorno è terminato.

The view was fantastic. The room was spacious.
The property was poorly maintained. It was not cleaned thoroughly. There was no room service or cleaning during the stay. The staff were not very helpful, even when I was carrying bags alone. The WiFi did not connect. The kettle was old, rusty, and not clean. The TV was not working. The light was flickering in the bathroom. The heating was not working well. There was no ambient lighting. There was no food service, not even water could be obtained.
